This no. is very similar to others starting 01772 (which is supposedly Preston, but with spoof phoning this could be from anywhere in the World) then 924, then 3 digits e.g. 045...

I've experienced similar to a number of these people. I have had regular calls to my mobile and then when answered it goes dead. Have not tried to call back as I suspect it...
