Text saying a delivery was attempted by Royal Mail. Included a link to prevent me losing my delivery. nObviously a scam.
Called about insurance on household appliances. Got the make of my washing machine and TV wrong. I asked what sort of cooker I had, gas he said, I don’t have gas in the house. I asked what bank I used, got that wrong too. When I told him he rang off!! Very rude????????
