It tries to make out that my Internet Service Provider has been tying to get in touch with me as my internet will be disconnected in 24 hours. It's easy for me to identify it as a scam as a don't have internet!

Told me his name was Matthew. Told me he was ringing from the Government Energy Advisory Service and he wanted to book me a call to inspect my loft insulation. When he asked if I was the householder I said "no" and he cut me off. Upon checking on the internet, I couldn't find a phone number for the Energy Advisory Service.
