This number belongs to "easy cover services" but despite calling me 4 times in 2 days I have yet to speak to someone as the call ends when I answer. Having hit 50 I am constantly getting calls about funeral plan insurance & life insurance and by looking at their website it seems they will be another. Cold caller insurance.

Picked up because it was a London number, he asked about my life insurance policy, I said it wasn't a good time because I'm at work and he said "so don't answer your phone then" and hung up. Agree with Bob, bad man.
