When asked how they got my number the Indian/Pakistani male caller immediately hung up. I tried to call this number and it is not recognised so is obviously a scam. Ask who is calling and that the number is being monitored, if they do not hang up immediately at least be aware that it is probably a scam and DO NOT give any person details.
this number called me on my mobile, I rang the number back as it comes under a local area code, connection made without ringing, automated voice repeated several times "your call is important to us, please hold until an operator becomes available" then more music, I held for several minutes before another voice came on and said, "thank you for your call goodbye", the line then went dead !!!! Unsure as to how much this is going to cost me, somewhat concerned now !!!
SCAM / SPAM Asks virgin phone customers to go to website "viginmediaupdate.com" which is a scam site waiting to harvest your credit card details etc.

I'm an individual counsellor and this person 'Jack' texted me during my Christmas holiday. He pretended to be a client at first, and I responded in case he was a potential client in need. He then attempted to sell me his "automated systems to attract more counselling clients". I hate spammers who prey on therapists' good natures, and who disrespect our vacation boundaries. Don't fall for this.
