I stupidy answered and a computer said "you have been charged 17..." before I hung up
Foreign sounding female voice - I couldn't understand what she was saying so asked her who she was calling from... she hung up. Very odd!

SCAM attempting to get money from an elderly relative for unnecessary fire wall software
cold calling - robot speaking - started to say calling from HM revenue customs.. I put the phone stright down.

I answered and they mentioned something about EE, then asked me how much I pay per month, I responded, no thanks I've just started a new contract. They then said "I never asked you to change your contract", I then said, I will stop you there and just tell you I am not interested, he then responded repeatedly, "GO FCK YOURSELF". Needless to say I hung up!!!
Silent caller at 8:30 am 1 hour after hidden number call. no message left on answer service. The signs point to a scammer.
