I think this is TalkTalk marketing; when I actually spoke to a person at the other end after endless hang up, on answer calls, he wanted me to upgrade to super fast BB, why would a scammer do that? I asked him about some problems I am having with my account, he told me to call 150 for router problems & 151 for mobile problems.
