SCAM CALL. Alice Wilson" called from "BT OpenReach" to speed up my broadband. Indian sounding accent and wanted me to install Teamviewer12 on my laptop so that on-site engineers at the exchange could directly tune my router through my laptop. Asian telephoned my aging mother in law nearly every week about some sort of consumer survey. Would not identify himself or his company, admitted to calling from S.E.Asia. Would not get off line, did not understand the concept of F*** Off and kept talking until I put the phone down. A complete nuisance and very disturbing for my disabled aged mother in law.
