Sent an email to SILKIES that sending a letter dated 24 January by a non-Royal Mail route that was only delivered 22 days later suggests either their mail room needs sorting out, or they should change their mail carrier. Received a "Receiving attention" email several hours later, and a few minutes after the email came they phoned me. They ignored the instruction at the foot of my email that if they call my landline they must answer the filtering prompts and say who is calling, failing wh

Called up to speak to a family member of mine, said they worked alongside DVLA but when I asked their reasons they were quite blunt and rude about the situation, and when I said that we didn t drive so I was unsure on their reasons for calling they sighed heavily and slammed the phone down. Blunt rude woman.
