Keeps calling 2/3 times a day very annoying

The caller stated they had information that I had been involved in a Non-Fault vehicle accident and was owed personal damages within the last three years. When asked for a date of this "incident" the caller was evasive and said they did not have

the pre recorded message told me I was under investigation by the HMRC for tax evasion and told me to push 2 to find out more. this is not a method I think the HMRC would use.
Hangs up, you call back and get crappy music
Calls several times a day, sometimes silent call, sometimes asking to speak to named person about market research/survey. Won t stop calling despite requests- foreign call centre (so TPS means nothing)
