SCAM Automated voice saying they were my internet service provider and I had committed illegal activity over my internet connection. Definite scam as this number actually belongs to a shoe shop in Huddersfield!

Apparently this number called me and claimed to be virgin media From a Bournemouth number! THIS IS A SCAM JUST CALLED BT OPERATOR 100; they called the number and it’s not obtainable Dummy number and a definitive SCAM
Left message that they would call back but if I wanted to get in touch to call this number. Didnt say who they were. Strange call.

The team of hackers at ‘REFUND POLICY’ has really been of great help ever since I lost over 182k US to a bitcoin scam website, I was devastated by the outcome of my whole investment journey with them. I had worked with REFUND POLICY team for over a week, tracking down the funds I sent to them since they’ve moved the funds from one exchange to another to avoid any trace, but I’m glad that we finally got them at the end. SCAM States that your card has unauthorised transactions
Fraud. Artificially generated voice. Claimed to be HMRC and that I was being investigated and subject to a magistrate case for fraud. Then asked to press 1 to speak with them and 2 to ignore. Hung up and googled the number to see if others were reporting it too.
I do not know anyone in Edinburgh nor am I dealing with any company/organisation in Edinburgh! The caller did not leave a message which leaves me to think it was either. Scam or someone selling something. Either way, it was an unwanted phone call.
Was called by number claiming to be PPI payment I was due ,said they needed a payment voucher of over £100 to process claim and in return come collect voucher and give me cheque gor 2.5k .phoned 4 times persistent to see if I have got voucher to collect .complete scam.dont fall for it and report it
