SCAM. Insurance claim related scam. Claiming to be on behalf of Aviva. Rang from a similar number that I had blocked previously. Rang on Christmas Day on a special number that I have that noone knows about outside a small circle of family members (hence my answering thinking it was a Scottish family member - Glasgow number), so they must be getting number to call from EE direct as they asked for me by name. Caller asked for Mrs x. I said you’ve called the wrong number; no one of that name here. Caller said ‘who owns that number.’ I put the phone down.

Second concern was that she didn t even mention that she was ringing from any company, just asked to speak to the cardholder! not the account holder! I then asked which card would that be? she then backtracked and asked to speak to the account holder and I asked who she was looking for. Again couldn t give me my name! any company that has your details should be able to t
