Rang asked to speak to directors and very rudely put phone down when stated they were not available but that I could take a message. Obviously a scam. But need to sort out their customer service levels with her.

I phoned this number back, and get through to an automated message saying that if I wish to speak to their customer service centre - then please phone another number (I didn’t bother writing it down)… No identifying company name of ID was given…
A follow up call from an hour earlier - linked to 01527880743. Claims to be from Sky having noted fraudulent activity and wanting access to my router. When questioned became persistent and unprofessional. I asked them to call back at a later time; they called back on a new number not at the time requested. Unprofessional, persisitent/aggressive, suspect Fraudulent. Calls came from Redditch then Manchester.
