Aggressive and rude, do not answer the call. They will try and extort money from you.
Called say the warranty on our washing machine had expired. There is no warranty the machine is 15 years old! I was told he could set one up for 3 years right now for £86 but when I asked him to sent the terms and conditions in an email he hung up. Beware of this number I had them call last week saying the TV warranty had expired.
