Continuously calling. Either get an automated female voice saying goodbye or someone of Indian origin who launched into a survey! I ve repeatedly told them to stop ringing/remove my number to no avail. Next step - Ofcom
New numbers like this all the time but: If you have caller ID, get a phone with "night mode" where it only rings for numbers in the stored phone memory.
