Fraud Connected me to "Fraud Department" via Barclays Bank. I do not bank with Barclays so consider this very suspect.
I was called this morning from this number and missed the call but as it appeared a local number I tried to call back later. I tried it twice. The first time after ringing for a while it cut out with a long, high pitched tone. The second time after a while a kind of low pitched, rhythmic beeping started (not the normal engaged signal, I don't remember hearing it on a phone before).
