Same experience - missed calls and when you ring back there is a message saying number not recognised. My father also had a call from this number - my father asked sternly ‘who are you’ and they rang off immediately.
Just random number
Avoid at all costs. Fraudulent scammers after money. Reported to police.

Said they were sky but when asked put phone down on me
HMRC scam, voicemail left a robotic voice, stating that my name was on the HMRC fraud list and I must press 1 to get connected, if I fail to press one a warrant would be issued for my arrest and officers would arrest me shortly.
