I have 1 account already advised of my circumstances, I also send payments every month. Nothing short of harrassment this company. Advised would send minimum of £5 per month so set a payment plan based on that, they would not. Insistent on income and expenditure being completed, even though I know I never have anything spare. Its unreal. I refuse flatly to converse with them these days.
Asked if I was "Colin Shuttleworth". When I said no the man made a noise as if it was ME who had inconvenienced him.

The caller reports to be from Microsoft and suggest your PC is vulnerable requiring an update. The call is protracted and the caller goes into lots of detail leaving you with the feeling that you have a problem. The caller indicates they can help with the update if they can take control of your laptop .... I stopped at that point.
