Mostly robocaller with message saying you've won some competition, lottery, grant.. - no, pure scam. Sometimes also reported with another kind of financial services - insurance company, PPI, warranty... Telemarketing call centre, block it. Don't call them back, the number is for shared rate.
Some kind of telesales call, probably. Caller gabbled through his script ignoring my request to slow down.
