They said they were calling on behalf of Amazon due to a fraudulent payment of £59.99 for amazon prime. They wanted me to download a app that would take care of the matter. When I wanted to clarify how this app and they were associated with amazon, he put down the phone. This was on my land line. Indian call centre.

I have had three phone calls from these people today and I am sick of it. They phoned me while I was at New Cross Hospital with my Consultant and had to apologise. My family and friends knew I was attending the hospital today that is why I did not turn my phone off.
