Dodgy Company saying I had had a collision.. wouldn't say who they were and then because I persisted to ask had the cheek to hang up on me!!! Nuisance call!

Hangs up everytime I answer
Not English accent,claims to be BT Openreach and they have noticed we are not getting the correct speed and they can help with the problem if I’m near my computer. Rang number back and line didn’t connect
