This was an automated call from amazon asking me to press 1 for info about my renewal.
Safe number
Two unsolicited calls today. I asked who was calling as she was trying to confirm my name and status. Woman said she was ringing about government energy subsidy. When I asked again what company it was she said Just Glass. I Have seen this name mentioned adversely in other reviews. Told her this and hung up.
Missed call, rang the number, it rang twice then said server not reachable. Blocked and deleted.
Claims to be Vodafone,who I left months ago
Automated message supposedly from your bank advising that someone is trying to withdraw funds, press 1 to speak to a representative. Checked with my bank IT'S A SCAM.

Woman claiming to be called 'Daisy' calling from the diesel emissions team. Asking for someone called Ray Shell. She had an Indian accent and promptly hung up when advised there is no such person as Ray Shell on this number.
Called on my mobile, automated voice saying they are from my bank but didn't mention Which one saying they'd noticed large amounts coming out of my visa account. As I don't have a visa card I knew It was a scam. It was quite believable though. I might have pressed 1 as instructed
It's a scam. He claimed I had white goods insurance which I don't. I just told him to fuck off.
