v polite well spoken woman who seemed to know my first name and wanted to send me info about some tax free investment - cold calling re a tax free investment ? red flag alert , I hung up

This number called me at 5.30 Sunday morning . The call woke me and I answered half asleep and without checking the number first .... they disconnected immediately!

This was charged to my bill with out me knowing it.
Received a call from this number at 07.25am! Not sure who is working at this time of the day but clearly they’re up to no good. No message left on my answer machine and this number has now been blocked.

Called now, said EE network. Hung up - which is what I'd recommend if you get a call from this number.
Called today but ignored it
A man an Indian accent called me from this number claiming to be from Three because they are celebrating their 18th year of operation. He said "we are offering you a brand new smartphone" from Samsung, he then mentioned it was the Samsung A12 and would have unlimited calls, texts, and 1GB of data.
This number rang me at nearly midnight on a Saturday night. Woke me up and I didn't answer as I don't know the number.
