I believe it is a scam so DO NOT ‘PHONE or ANSWER I’ve heard of messages like this before “to mum” & then they then ask you to put money into their account which is of course, is not your son’s account, but a scammers!

Ignored but just as phone began to ring I received a one-time-passcode from O2. This is a well known scam, they ask for the passcode, then use the passcode to enter your account, lock you out, order new handsets etc. and leave you with the £1,500 bill for a new iPhone. Don't let these cunts catch you out and warn your less fraud-savvy relatives
