Had a call today asking me to renew my blocking policy and warning me of a scam with numbers starting with 0809,0824,0876, which apparently takes you to the Dominican Republic and a premium line costing £1500 per minute. Offered a box with a red button on it which, when pressed during a call instantly blocks the number. I would have to pay £42 to clean the line again. Asked him to e-mail details Surprise surprise no e-mail!!!
