Calling constantly asking for date of birth, when asked why they get aggressive and ask for date of birth again... I just keep hanging up... Unfortunately this doesn t stop them calling repetitively.

Keep calling regarding frozen pension. Plan and simple harassment call. They do not take you off the list when asked to and just put the phone down when you ask them awkward questions.
