they said they are calling (american accent) from BT as there is a fault, asked me to press 1 but I did not
This guy rings me constantly, very aggressive too. Asking me to ring 07920110178 for a good time.
Have been repeatedly (monthly) called by this company for years!! We are not (nor have been ever) interested in ANY of their services. They have been politely instructed to remove us from their database on countless occasions but they continue to pester us. They are an irritating, persistent and pushy company who don t listen.
This number was a representative from a Greenpeace call agency. I checked with Greenpeace to validate this call and they confirmed it. They were asking for a direct debit payment after acquiring my number from a petition I signed. The service was friendly and informative and not malicious unless you don't like charity pressure calling.
