The company is called Pensions Legal, a UK wide organisation based in Greater Manchester but using a local (to me) dial code.
A new injury call scammer (2nd today but last 4 numbers different)

Sounds like a bank scam talking about an Amazon account problem, hung up before listening to the usual speel.
