Call this morning saying that my Amazon account had been compromised and that money had been taken. I class this as a scam

DIRECT GOV/ JOB SEEKERS. RECRUITMENT COMPANY BASED IN MANCHESTER.
*scam alert trying to get personal details * Alaina saying she?s from Ppi claims services. Apparently I?ve already put a claim in (never had ppi). Give me my address then wanted d.o.b asked her what company the claim was for and reply was ?how many times do I have to f?*#ing tell you lady? and phone goes dead. Tried calling back but number none existent. They are just trolling and trying to get your personal details so they can scam you. I?m fuming
SCAM Long story short it was an Automated voice saying that there's been fraud on my national insurance number and I should press 1 to sort it out, block this number and never press 1 because this department would never contact you like this if there was really a problem.
Kept calling then hanging up
Scam. Definitely. So-called call from "security department". I asked 'security department' of what? The woman (Asian voice - lots of background "office" noise) repeated, 'This is the Security Department!' to which I repeated "Of what?!" She hung up. Point made. Case closed. Catch the bastards!
