Evidently a new scam number from other enquiries. "Matthew" "National Booking Office" - about loft insulation. Hung up when asked for his address. Trying to sound 'official'. Obvious fake. Nuisance.
Asked about my (fictitious) car accident. They cleared down on the call when I asked for details of their company.
Text message from this number saying O2 bill could not be processed by bank, and asking to update payment
