Fraud - Do not do business with this company (HND). The owner takes your money for a service that he has no intention of ever providing, then refuses to refund you. Unethical and dodgy company. AVOID!

Possible scam. Women said she was from Amazon and they'd noticed unusual activity on my Mum's account. Told her to press 1 if she hadn't bought something for £700. Mum was suspicious, rang off, got the number by dialing 1471 then rang it back. Women who answered refused to give her name and said she hadn't called Mum and didn't work for a company.

No idea where this number even originates from - we did not speak and they hung up after a few seconds. Called on landline which we never use - only for immediate family.
