Claimed to be from BT advising my internet connection was being used by people in California. Asked be to log on then go to Google and type in what she asked. Obviously a scammer. She hung up when she realised i was stringing her along.

SCAM -Indian gentleman called, callcame up as international on my phone, to say he was from BT Openreach and that my broadband had been compromised. I needed to get my mobile phone, go to the App Store, type in App Store in the search line..... I was not going to download an app on my mobile to correct my broadband. I hung up at that point.
"Arise Mobility", calling a TPS-registered number in order to conduct a survey. In return for conducting the survey, they'll send you a free luxury pillow if you give them your full name, date of birth and address. If you hesitate, they hang up because they're so obviously scamming you. Called 18 times in the last 3 days.
