I just received a call from this number (01480-586271 on 14-Jan-2020 ~09:45 GMT). A woman with a heavy Indian accent (likely calling from India) claimed to be from BT OpenReach and said that my Internet connection was not operating at the correct speed. She asked me to use my computer. I played along for a short time but, when I asked her who is my Internet Service Provider, she replied "You are absolutely bastard motherf***er" and hung up!

Automated call telling you if you don't attend court your national insurance number will be suspended, although no name of which court.. then the automated message tells you to call another number to "resolve" the issue, where someone is ready and willing to take all your personal details and bank card details, and wipe out your bank to resolve an issue that only turning up at an un-named court could previously do. SCAM do not fall for this. HMRC would never contact you this way.
