Asisn caller claims to be from Open Reach Technical Team, says they have received reports our internet speed is too slow. He asks you to log into your computer and check the speed. When I told him I did not have a computer only a tablet he hung up. It's a scam DO NOT LOG ON TO YOUR COMPUTER

SCAM. On 26.04.21 I received a text from +447585759635 claiming to be a HSBC Fraud Alert and that I had made a payment of £240 to Mr C Jones with a clickable link to confirm my details. I dont bank with HSBC, I never have! I didnt click on this link.
Auto message started "Please hold........" I hung up. Getting realy annoyed at cold callers and auto callers. I am on Telephone Preference Scheme and they still call. Even after I tell them politely I am on TPS and to remove my number. Further calls from the same number I am less polite too. Sooner or later I may reach the stage where I will only have the last resort of blowing a whistle down the line to see if that stops them.

Foriegn caller from number 01392274111 said he was calling from BT open reach and that I had a problem with my broadband, that I wasn't receiving the service I should be. When I said I didn't have any problem with my broadband he abruptly hung up. Blocked. Something needs doing about these scam callers.

Had this number - 01269849892 - ring today 7/10/15, this Asian sounding guy wanted to speak to my wife, I told him no, what did he want ? and that she wasn t available, I then told him that my number was ex-directory, he insisted he wanted to talk to her, so I told him you re not listening do NOT ring this number again.... This number does not stop calling! I dialled the number back and pressed 1 to opt out. It asked for my full name, my full address and my phone number.
