FRAUD ‘phone call from +44 2083684454 (This call originates from a bit of pavement in Trafalgar Square, Central London!) It’s a scam telling you of an “unauthorised” VISA payment on your account. (Even if you don’t have a VISA account! It encourages you to press 1 to speak to an adviser (someone will answer but however reassuring they are they DON’T work for VISA. SPAM Caller put receiver down when landline picked up. My landline wouldn’t return the call so I traced it online to Aldershot. When I rang from my mobile it connected but no-one answered.

Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions.
