This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 1618141xxx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with PPI calls, robocalls, insurance marketing, also accident chasers. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with something new, new scope?

Sometimes they don’t answer when spoken to, and sometimes it is a person with a foreign accent wanting to talk about loft insulation.
