Probable scam. Didn’t answer but when I called back I had a message saying the number was not in use. This is a red flag for a scammer!

I m leaving Scottish Power - this is their customer retention outfit. Multiple calls from them, when you answer, they hang up on you. Bunch of utter winkers. If you re with them go on one of the comparison sites (Money Saving Expert is excellent: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cheapenergyclub) and get far better customer service AND save yourself hundreds of pounds.
