No idea who it was but the real giveaway is the delay and clicking noise whilst the call transfers to the boiler room in some far off country Didnt give them a chance to speak they got the foxtrot oscar sick to death of it
This is a foreign call masked by a UK no. claiming to authorise transaction from your bank - these are fictional transactions - be very careful
