Looks like a scam. Do not give bank details. Suggests a refund from Jelf.
2nd call to landline in 10 days (1st differed by last 2 digits -15). I answer, it beeps then silence (same both times). Local area dialling code but that's no proof of locality these days. Unknown if scam but known as nuisance at any rate.
