I received calls from this number a couple of times. I googled the number but no result. So I rang back and realised that my lawyer had called me. I thought it would be good for the other users if I write this comment and tell them to whom this number belongs.
Definitely a scam call. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION to a caller. NEVER RETURN A CALL and NEVER ...

Recorded messaged pedalling PPI claims. Reported to ICO.
Firstly an American voice asking you to press a number. Then Asian voice claiming to be from BT in London saying internet was going to be disconnected unless I followed their instructions which were to turn on our computer etc. etc. SCAM CALL.

Vietnam???? This is a UK number allocated to BT. It's used to relay an audio text message that someone sent to your landline and used by many different telephone providers. Also 0845602111 may call if the originating mobile is using a BT mobile contract. Dunno what Binh Dinh has to do with it. Very strange.
Called several times. Call cuts out when my answerphone cuts in, a common occurrence with telesales agencies. It seems they wait to get a human voice and until you speak all you hear is a silence... say hello and the noise of a call centre cuts in.
