This is not the first time I have been rung by this number but it is the first time I have answered. Rung up asking to speak to Ms Tucker, I name I have not been known by for nearly 5 years. I just said what is it regarding without answering or confirming who I was or now am, to which she went on to tell me it was about the accident I was involved in and the claim I made. At which point I told her that it was a load of rubbish and I m not Ms Tucker anyway. She then got angry and said I shouldn t be takin

Long pause then foreign lady asked to speak to Mr or Mrs ?.Told them they had passed away-this is true but they have never lived with me.Said she was ringing as satellite warrant had run out- Apologised fro call when I said there was no satellite in the house
