20 Oct 2021 - Missed the call as I was working. They left a voicemail claiming my national insurance number and name had been used fraudulently across the border in North Wales. Unless I call them back immediately they will take legal action. Reply
Asked if we had received £ voucher for house improvement. Told them were registered with TPS and asked for their name and address. They said Smart Support Centre but rang off when asked for their address.

The caller said that she was from the UK Call Prevention Service. She said that I was registered but that I was still getting calls. She asked me to say my name out Loud???. I asked for the number that I should call back on and then researched it to find that it was, I expected an attempt to get information/money from me.
