This was a cold call from Tom stating that previous loft insulation was subjct to condensation and there was a free inspection. Please explain as where you obtained my phone number, as under current British Law it is unlawful to make unsolicited for which fines can be instigated. I receive calls from this number daily, two or three times a day at any time. I don t even remember when they started but it has got to the point now where I don t answer any calls on either my landline or mobile unless I know who is calling. I don t know who they are but assume if it was anyone or anything important they would leave a message.

Got a text from this number today, 7 Sept. Never opened the text and deleted it straight away. I could see that it was some fake warning about a PayPal account being accessed from a new device. Since I do not have a PayPal account, I immediately realised that it was a phishing attempt.

Back again, they phoned my mobile yesterday and today my landline. Local garage had my contact numbers 2 years ago when I bought a car. In the past has just been postal advertising. The number is in Runcorn so misrepresentation of fact! Answered the phone with what are you selling, told them not to phone again as I don t want to buy a car. Must be a call centre in Runcorn, annoyed that local garage has sold or is using contact details for reasons beyond the original sale!!!

Someone pretending to be Amazon saying someone’s purchased an iPhone 11 for £1499.99. Had no email from Amazon confirming this order which is how they would normally process orders so instantly knew it was a load of horse dung so told them to sod off and hung up. SCAM.

Fraud: recorded message claimed to be 'National Crime Agency' regarding illegal/fraudulent activity on national insurance number. NI number would be cancelled. Total fraud scam to get NI numbers and personal details. Possibly spoofed number from robo-dialler
Number called 3 times advising they are calling from the Carphone Warehouse and wanted to offer me an upgrade. They 1st and foremost didnt know which network i was with yet they were offering me an upgrade. It sounded dodgy so i thought i post on here. Please beware!
