Because if you see the domain name of the email, it is clear that its not carphonewarehouse. called me to discuss my First Utility tariff which is coming to an end. I asked to be called back as it was a bad time. To cut a medium story short the caller muttered something about calling me back, he failed to end the call / mute his mic as he told me to f*ck off.
