Caller was rude and the carer reported the incident and I got a call from her manager saying I made her answer the call and the carer was upset. Sorry you re all getting harrassed by that. We recently got harrassed too by multiple numbers, be it America, Germany etc. These are the very famous people from India with their "Microsoft Technical Support". Don t answer calls that are from outside the UK or wherever you live in and dont even answer numbers that are too short to even be valid.

They ve called our TPS registered number several times but the line is dead when I answer.
