This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. To say that the phone number is localised to Plymouth is laughable, first an automated service saying it was a message from Chinese royal mail, then proceeded to talk in Chinese so had no clue what was being said.

This is Smith Glass in Basildon, they constantly call me trying to sell Double Glazing, even though on numerous times I f have them I am not interested and need to remove me from their database. Last time I spoke to them the chav on the end of the marketing line was aggressive.
