Well this is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts : people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Claim to be Sky when they aren t. They ask why you left sky. When you explain that it was because you don t see the point in paying that amount of money for repeats that you don t watch/can get on freeview, and explain that they have previously phoned, they say they ll take you off of their list, but you ll still receive calls from them.
