Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. Automated voice saying it’s HMRC calling and that there is a fraud registered against me (funny enough, there isn’t!). Blocked.
I had a email apparently from Meta (Facebook) to say this number (07956836341) had been added to my Facebook account and with a link to report this if it wasn’t me who added the number. The date on the email was wrong (Friday 6th June 2023 doesn’t exist). The link asked for my FB password so I didn’t continue. I checked my FB security details and no number had been added. It looks as though this is a scam to try to access FB passwords.

After a significant delay (always suspicious), "Hi, this is Matthew. I'm calling about the government scheme for insulation, which you had installed in your loft." As soon as I said "Oh, no you're not" because we have no loft and have not had any insulation of any description installed for more than 10 years, he immediately hung up.

Thank you to everyone who have left comments regarding Target Media Solutions. To everyone that has lost money to these scammers I would ask you to get in touch with your local Trading Standards Officer, then apply to the Small Claims Court (it only costs £25.00 Online, which will be refunded to you.) If everyone does this hopefully Target Media Solutions will be put out of business and cannot con anyone else.
