Called to offer me a better rate on my mortgage. I don t have a mortgage and they asked if I wanted my details removed, I said yes and was told this could take 1 business day. 23 hours later I received another call, I ve since had a call yesterday and today. Next time they call I m going to get the full company name and complain to the ICO.

How many times do you have to tell these people you don t want inks, but then the following week you get another call "do you want inks" NOOOOOO I don t want any more bloody ink

Keep calling me to get my bank account card no and details.

Answered by accident as was waiting for a call, automated machine talking about debts

unknown caller. when I tried to call back it goes straight to a message on an answering machine, claiming "your call is important to us, stay on the line". so I hung up immediately. now blocked off my phone. do not trust.

They asked about a car accident that want my fault. I asked where they got my number from and he gave me some nonsense about the rta department . Which obviously doesn t exist. Then the man seemed annoyed with me and hung up. I never did find out how he got my number.

Call a person /persons I m assisting simply don t communicate by phone ignore, block , change number. Check if debt is enforceable if not don t pay it ,arrange repayment by letter if you wish or request they take you to court and then leave it until you hear from the court. Called my mobile late morning on a Wednesday. I answered with a polite “hello” but the caller just put the phone down after I had waited 2 or 3 seconds for a response. Not found...

think he said the company name was bold insurance and asks if you are happy with your current supplier. cut him short and said I do not wish to discuss my personal arrangements to a cold caller.Now blocked this number.

If you receive a cold call from an organisation you don t know, just take as many details as you can, even if it s just the number and time of call and report it the Information Commissioner s Office (ICO) via this link https://ico.org.uk/concerns/ If enough people do this these companies will be fined - sometime pushing them out of business - and we can all enjoy owning a private phone again.
