When I said that I already had it, the female caller responded that it was with them, and because I had not claimed for three years they we going to reduce it from the current £180.00. Man with Indian accent. Said his name was Jerry. Called me Mrs [first initial of my oh s first name + his surname] which anyone can look up in the phonebook. Asked me if I was this person. I didn t tell him. Said he was from the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). I just pressed the red button.
This number called at 8.13am. A robotic voice telling me my amazon prime account was being suspended, press 1 etc etc. I do not have prime and this is a known scam.

Number appears to be legit but is being abused by fraudsters in connection with Tracy Dunne ([email?protected]), 55 Rural Vale, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 9JL, a possible reshipping mule, and stolen US credit cards. Orders placed using proxy servers. Online retailers beware!

SCAM Saying they are calling from virgin media, about our slow Internet router. They will proceed to ask you to download a software on your pc and then steal any banking details and passwords. We end up having 10 of these calls a day, it's so frustrating. I end up laughing and saying some choice words or going along pretending I'm doing what they are asking. When I say I'm not with virgin media they switch and say they are an it department for all Internet providers. Do not fall for this!!!
